We keep this simple: we only ask for what we need to reply to you, and we never sell your information. This page explains what we collect and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or message us, we get your name, email, phone number, the service you're interested in and whatever you tell us about your project. We also see basic, anonymous visit statistics — pages viewed, rough location, device type — so we know what's useful on the site.
How we use it
To get back to you, quote your job, deliver the work, and keep the records our accountants and insurers need. That's it. We don't sell your data or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
Ads on Facebook and Instagram
We advertise on Meta platforms. If you fill in a form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes your details to us so we can respond. We may also use Meta's measurement tools to see which ads lead to enquiries — these record that something happened, not what you wrote to us. You can control the ads you see and the data behind them in Meta's ad preferences and their privacy policy.
Who else sees it
Only the services that help us run the site and reach your inbox — our host (Vercel), our form email service (EmailJS), the ad platforms above, and WhatsApp if you message us there. Some are based outside the UAE, so your details may travel with them. We'll also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it, and how it's protected
Enquiries stay with us for up to two years in case you come back to us; project records stay as long as our legal obligations require. The site runs over a secure connection, the form is protected against spam and abuse, and only our own team can reach the inbox.
Your choices
Email us any time and we'll send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it — usually within 30 days, always free. Asking won't affect the service you get from us. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
